wibbd Terms and Conditions — Complete Policy for Using the Platform

General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the wibbd platform ("wibbd", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "member"). wibbd is an online casino and betting platform that provides services to users in Bangladesh.

Although these Terms were originally prepared in English, the Bengali translation provided is considered effective for users in Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, wibbd's interpretation will be considered final.

Account Registration and Verification

When opening an account on wibbd, you must provide the following information accurately:

Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all accounts will be closed immediately and any deposited funds and bonuses may be forfeited.

Identity Verification (KYC)

wibbd may at any time request a copy of a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued document to verify an account. Completing KYC verification is mandatory before a withdrawal request can be processed. wibbd will not be responsible for delays caused by incomplete verification.

Age Limit and Eligibility Requirements

The following eligibility requirements must be met to open an account and use the services on wibbd:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must open an account of your own free will and entirely independently.
• An account may not be opened on behalf of or as a representative of another person.
• Funds deposited into the account must come from a legitimate source.
• The account may not be operated from a region where the platform is not applicable.

wibbd may at any time request additional documents to verify the age or identity of a suspicious account, and may restrict account activity until verification is complete.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

New members on wibbd will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit — up to ৳10,000. A 10x wagering requirement must be met to use this bonus.

Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements refer to the number of times the bonus amount must be used as a bet. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means a total of ৳10,000 in bets must be placed.

• The bonus balance may not be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• If the wagering is not completed within the specified time limit, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Not all games may contribute equally to bonus wagering.
• There may be a maximum bet limit when using a bonus.

Promotional Offers

From time to time, wibbd may offer special promotions. Each promotion will have its own terms and conditions, which will be stated in the promotion details. wibbd reserves the right to change or discontinue any promotion at any time.

Gaming Rules and Fair Play Policy

Betting Limits

• Harassing or deceiving other users.

• Exploiting the bonus system through strategic means.
• Operating an account on behalf of or for a minor.

Account Suspension and Closure Policy

Voluntary Account Closure

Suspension or Closure by wibbd

wibbd may suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a violation of these terms and conditions.
• If fraud or deception is suspected.
• If KYC verification is not completed.
• If involvement in illegal activities is suspected.
• If a minor user is identified.

If an account is closed for a legitimate reason, any remaining valid balance will generally be returned. However, bonus balances may be forfeited in the event of a terms violation.

Limitation of Liability

wibbd is not responsible for losses in the following circumstances:

• Losses caused by internet connection disruptions or network issues.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized third-party access to an account.
• Losses caused by a user sharing their password or login details with others.
• Financial losses from gaming or betting — this is a normal risk of gaming.

wibbd's maximum liability for any loss is limited to the original amount of the relevant transaction.
